Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 concerning the protection of the personal data of natural persons in relation to data processing, as well as the free circulation of such data, (hereinafter the "GDPR"), please be advised that the Data Controller with regard to the processing of data provided by you is Roadhouse S.p.A. If you wish::
- to request support, information, or to report anything occurring at the point of sale:
in order to follow through with your requests, for example with instant messaging which entails the subsequent acquisition of the name, telephone number, email address, and date of birth of the sender or any other data that you may voluntarily share with us, you must consent to the processing of the data provided by clicking on the relative consent button.
- to fill out the personal data form in the section “Work with Us”:
you must consent, by clicking on the relative consent button, to the processing of data provided when sending your Curriculum Vitae in order to potentially work with Roadhouse.
- to place a Take Away order:
if you do not have a Roadhouse Card, you must register in order to receive details via email on how to access the site to complete your order. Your data will be entered solely for the purposes of automatically issuing the invoice for the purchase made.
The data provided for the above purposes shall be managed in paper and electronic form (including through the use of automated tools) in order to (1) reply to you, (2) process your data for the purposes of your job application with Roadhouse, or (3) comply with legal, accounting and/or tax requirements such as issuing an invoice for a Take Away order.
The data shall be processed by Roadhouse (represented here by the internal data processors and/or external persons such as service providers specifically designated
by the same) in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in accordance with the applicable legislation (and therefore with the principles of propriety, lawfulness, transparency, confidentiality and the protection of your rights) and using methods strictly related to the purposes indicated in this policy.
With regard to internal data processors:
for commercial and marketing purposes, support requests, information, and sending the reports mentioned in point (1), the Data Processor is the Marketing Office, which can be contacted using the relative form that appears on the website.
For data sent for the purposes of applying to work for Roadhouse as mentioned above in point (2), the Data Processor is the Personnel Office, which can be contacted using the relative form that appears on the website.
For data sent for the purposes of issuing an invoice as mentioned above in point (3), the Data Processor is the Administration Office, which can be contacted using the relative form that appears on the website.
In the context of the above purposes, the data may be shared by Roadhouse with other companies of the Cremonini Group, of which Roadhouse is a part.
Special security measures are taken in order to maintain an adequate level of security, including the use of appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent any data loss or the unlawful or improper use of or unauthorized access to the data.
The data shall be kept at the premises of Roadhouse and by the designated Data Processors for the period of time necessary to provide the service requested: in case (1) for a period of 24 months, in case (2) for a period of 12 months, and in case (3) for the time required to comply with regulatory, accounting and/or tax requirements, as required by the applicable legislation.
Roadhouse will process your data solely for the purposes indicated in this policy.
You may at any time and without incurring any charge, exercise your rights as provided for by the applicable legislation, by sending a specific request using the form on the website. These include the right to:
• Update/supplement, amend and/or correct and/or delete (partially or totally) your personal data or limit the processing thereof.
• Receive confirmation of the existence, origin and purposes of the processing of your personal data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time to the processing of your data without, however, affecting the lawfulness of the processing performed based on consent given prior to its withdrawal.
• Oppose all or part of any unlawful processing of your data.
• Submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority.
• Receive a copy of the data provided by you and request that said data be sent to another data processor.
